5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Additional revisions may incur additional charges

6. Project Timeline and Deliverables

We will provide you with a project timeline upon agreement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we cannot guarantee completion by a specific date due to the creative nature of our work and potential revisions.

7. Revisions and Changes

We include a reasonable number of revisions in our packages. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. Major changes to project scope may require a new quote.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellation after work begins: Deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation after 50% completion: 75% of total project cost
• No refunds after project completion

9. Limitation of Liability

The Webiography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

10. Warranty and Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
